Greenway Spirit & Word Fellowship
Deaf Ministry
And they brought unto Him one that was deaf... Mark 7:32

At present, Greenway's Deaf Ministry is headed by Selena Howland.
She  uses American Sign Language to hand speak during the Praise and Worship portion of our Sunday morning service.

Selena learned to sign at age 7 and has a tender heart
and wants to share the love of God with a deaf community.
The needs of the deaf are the same as the hearing.
They need to have the message of Jesus presented to them
so that they might  be saved and have their lives change
as they grow and mature in their Christian walk.

They need to learn to share the Gospel with others.
It is our desire that we might help to do just that.
Let it be known that we have a place for those who cannot hear
and by God's grace, the deaf will hear and be saved!

Plans are in place for another sign-language class to start up againg soon.
Watch for scheduled dates and times in Greenway Announcements.
